We called while driving home from visiting friends in Florida. Our order was promptly delivered to our good friends a few days later and was much appreciated.
We had a compromised shipment sent to Biltmore Forest in NC. My friend had just lost a close friend and had dealt with Helene. Tried to get resolution, but FedEx said Merbs needed to make the request. Both myself and the receiver tried to get the person who answered, who said she was the owner to file. She refused and acted like we were trying to scam some free chocolate. Also, said she never once had a shipping issue. Wow. Out 19.95 in shipping and $35 for a pound of chocolate.
